Care and use of Mini LED Spotlights

Our Mini LED Spotlights are very durable and easy to maintain.
But there are a few things you need to know.

  • Some LEDs are static sensitive and may be damaged by static shocks. Use caution when handling the White, Blue, Green and UV LEDs.

  • Our LEDs are rated for use at 12 volts DC. We recommend using only 12 VDC regulated power supplies for consistent light output and maximum LED life.

  • Higher voltage will make the light a little brighter but it will also reduce the life of the LED

  • Don't overload your power supply. Each spotlight is marked with it's milliamp rating at 12VDC. This marking can be found on the shrink tube exiting the Mini Spotlight barrel or on the wire connecting to the Strip light. Our lights are usually 20 or 30 milliamps, the output of your power supply must be greater than totalĀ  milliamps of the lights connected.
